Writing Rules for a Child Case
In any instance where you would like to take action on a case, but only a child case, a condition may be added to the rule. For example, below is an example of adding a global label to a child case when it is created.
Multiple conditions may apply, of course. For example, the following example changes the status of a case when it is assigned to a user, but only for a child case of a specific case type.
